Visit to the Supreme Court

St. Thomas’ College of Law organised a visit to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India of Its the law students of LL.B, and B.A.LL.B. Courses on 20th April, 2023. The students were divided in two groups of 27 each. The objective of the visit was to enable the students to have practical exposure to the functioning of the Apex Court and decorum and familiarised with the court room. The Students were entered the prescribed Court Rooms and observe the proceeding. They were able to witness the on-going proceedings in various court rooms of the Hon’ble Apex Court. The Students were quite excited to hear the arguments in the course of petitions, appeal, writs and special leave petition through this visit, the students got acquainted with various court various court procedures as well as got to hear the magnificent oratory skill of the skills of some of the eminent lawyers.
