

St. Thomas’ College of Law, Greater Noida, successfully organised a special documentary screening session as part of the Welcome Programme for the Academic Session 2026–27 on 17th August 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The documentary, titled “How to Become a Good Lawyer”, featuring insights by CJI Justice D. Y. Chandrachud, was screened for the students of LL.B. B and B.A. LL.B. (2nd year and onwards) in the Smart Room, 1st Floor of the College.
The session aimed to familiarise and inspire students about the essential qualities, professional ethics, skills, responsibilities and approach required to become successful, competent and responsible legal professionals. The documentary provided valuable guidance and encouraged students to reflect upon the role of a lawyer beyond academics, with emphasis on professionalism, integrity and commitment towards the legal profession.
The programme was successfully conducted with enthusiastic participation from the students. The session served as an informative and inspiring beginning to the new academic session and was well received by the participants.
The successful conduction of the programme reflects the College’s continued commitment towards providing students with meaningful academic and professional exposure beyond the regular classroom curriculum.
